May 20 – August 19 | 13 Weeks of Play (No play July 1)
Tee Times: 5:30-6:30p.m.
League Fees: $465.26per player (includes 15% green fee discount for paying in advance)
- Includes 13 weeks of golf, weekly prizes, 2 scheduled meals, a beverage before each round
- Meals for players on June 3rd and August 12th after play in the Grill
- Weekly Cart fee is additional if players choose to ride
- Tax is included
Registration:
- Returning Players (2025): Pre-registration Jan 15th – Feb 15th; tee times honored by registration order. We have 10 tee times (40 player) spots open
- All players must register to secure tee time for group.
- New Players/Teams: Invitations begin after March 1 via waitlist

- If a group has more than 4 players and wishes to rotate players:
- The 4-player tee time fee is $1861.04
($465.26 × 4 players) - Teams may divide this fee among their total number of players at their discretion.
- Example: One tee time with 8 rotating players may split the cost evenly, resulting in $232.63 per golfer for the season.
- Please note: River Oaks is unable to split payments—groups are responsible for payment for tee times, and they will be responsible for dividing fees between players.

- If a group has more than 4 players and wishes to rotate players:
Subs: You are welcome to invite any players/ rostered or not to join your group if you are short players for a week. Since the league and green fee are conveniently paid up front, it is at the players discretion on green fee costs between players.
9-hole rainchecks will be given for play that is canceled by River Oaks due to weather or other circumstances.
