Wednesday Women’s Sunset League

May 20th – August 19th | 13 Weeks of Play (No play July 1st)

Tee off in the evening and enjoy a relaxed league. Play 6 or 9 holes each week - competitive if you wish, casual if you prefer! Tee times are approximately 5:30-6:30p.m.

League Fee:

• Fee: $488.60 per player (includes 15% green fee discount for paying in advance).
• Includes: 13 weeks of golf, weekly prizes, two meals (June 3rd & August 12th in the Grill after play), and a weekly beverage before each round.
• Weekly cart fee optional, if player chooses to ride.
• Tax is included. 

Registration:

• Returning 2025 Players: Pre-registration is Jan. 15th – Feb. 15th. Tee times are honored by the order of registration. There are 10 tee times (40 players) available.
• All players must register to secure their group’s tee time.
• New Players/Teams: Invitations begin after March 1st via the waitlist.

Payment Structure:

We will have groups of 4 sign up for a tee time. If you have less than 4 players, we will pair up groups into foursomes and each player is responsible for the entry fee.

If a group has more than 4 players and wish to rotate players, the 4 player tee time fee will be $1954.40 ($488.60x4). Teams can then divide the fee by # of players. For example, if a team has 1 tee time and has 8 rotating players the fee can be split up 8 ways, and each golfer would only pay $244.30.

Subs: You are welcome to invite any players, rostered or not, to join your group if you are short players for a week.

* 9-hole rainchecks will be given for play that is canceled by River Oaks due to weather or other circumstances.

Thursday Sunrise Women's League

May 14th – August 20th | 14 Weeks of Play (no play July 2nd)

Join the fun this summer in the Thursday Sunrise Women's League! Enjoy 14 weeks of friendly competition, camaraderie, and great golf. Most events golfers play own ball!

Fees: $75 Entry + $40 GHIN*

• Includes: Prize Fund, Kickoff Lunch, Championship Lunch, and Year-End Shotgun with Lunch.

Highlights:

• Weekly rotating games — Low Net, Low Putts, Blind Partners, Stableford, and Blind Flights.
• Four proximity contests each week.
• Two divisions: 18-Hole & 9-Hole (must be declared at registration).
• Tee times: 18-Hole players start at 7:30a.m. and 9-Hole players follow at approximately 8:30a.m.

Registration:

• Returning 2025 players: Pre-registration is Jan. 15th - Feb. 15th.
• Open registration begins March 1st.

Special Dates:

• May 14th – Kickoff Lunch; 8:00a.m. Shotgun with lunch after play.
• Aug 6th – League Championship with lunch after play.
• Aug 20th – Year-End Lunch; 8:00a.m. Shotgun with lunch after play.

Tuesday or Wednesday Morning Men's League

April 28th/29th – September 15th/16th | 21 Weeks of Play

Join the weekly Morning Men’s League at River Oaks! Enjoy friendly competition, weekly challenges, and camaraderie each week at River Oaks Municipal. Teams compete for weekly low totals, while individuals try to 1-up the field. Play on Tuesday or Wednesday, or both!!! Tee Times begin at 6:30a.m. each day.

Weekly Games: Team Net 3 of 4, Best Ball, plus a rotating list of individual games including; Stableford, Quota, and Flighted Gross Score, as well as weekly course contests.

League Fee: $137 per player ($97 + $40 for GHIN) – includes; prizes, Hole-in-One fund, and three lunches. Standard green fees and cart rates apply.

Registration:

• Returning 2025 players: Pre-registration is Jan. 15th – Feb. 15th; online, in person, or by mail. Returning teams will have tee time priority until February 15th.
• New players/teams join a waitlist; team captains may draft players weekly or for the season. New teams of 4 can request open tee times starting March 1st.

Special Dates (Depending on day of play):

• April 28th/29th - 8:00a.m. Shotgun with lunch and league meeting following play.
• Aug 4th/5th - League Championship – Lunch following play.
• Sept 15th/16th - 8:00a.m. Scramble Shotgun and award lunch following play.

Saturday Morning Men’s Club (SMMC) 

Saturdays | May 9th – September 26th  

Start your Saturday mornings with competitive golf, weekly contests, and camaraderie! SMMC features putting contests, King of Hill (KOH) points, weekly games, and individual/team prizes. Optional season-long match play and handicapped events make every week exciting! SMMC uses GHIN handicapping and Golf Genius to ensure fair play.  

Registration & Fees: 

• Registration Fee: $120 entry + $40 GHIN.  
• Includes; GHIN, Prizes, KOH Season Point Game, $250 Gift card for each hole in one, plus season-long putting tournament. 
• Weekly event fee: $10 ($20 for weekend Championship). 
• Regular green fees and cart fees apply.
• Players may register for optional season-long Matchplay Championship.
