Good day to all Men's Club Members, spring is coming and a new 2013 golf season is just around the corner!
Thank you to all for your business over the years it is greatly appreciated.
Congratulations to the following individuals: Club Champion Keith Erickson, King of Hill Champion John Meyer, Senior Club Champion Sam Smith, Blue Tee Champion Keith Erickson, White Tee Champion Joshua Fallahi, and Putting Champion Keith Erickson. It does seem Keith's name came up very much in 2012.
This is your Men's Club and our staff looks forward to working with all to enhance your fun and friendly competition in golf. Please let staff members know if any changes or concerns you may have.
We will have King of The Hill again 2013 and follows as, points are awarded for how you finish in scheduled Men's Club events and points are doubled in the Club Championship. The final (10) with the most points go to the King of Hill Final, where these (10) play 18 holes and are then broken down to (5) by low net scores. Then a shoot begins for the final (5) for all the cash!
In 2013 we will also have our 4th Annual Putting Championship taking place during Club Championship. All will have a chance to wear the BELT as Champion! Lots of fun, all you need to do is putt well August 24 & 25.
16 Man team change, members have requested that the golf shop take over the 16 man competition. The team will consist of Men's Club Members with the lowest handicaps in the club playing against other men's clubs in the metro area. Pairings and those playing will be done strictly by handicap. Please make a note if you are interested in playing on the squad this year on the Men's Club Application.
Annual dues for 2013 will be $88.00 if paid prior to March 10th, 2013 and $98.00 after that date (no increase for 2013). There will be a $6.00 entry fee charge for all events, with optional skin games.
See you all soon, hopefully early March and a great golf season in 2013.
